Technical data of WL5917:
  • 18" hydrant pit box sized for EI hydrant pit valves
  • outer housing, spherodial graphite cast iron
  • lower housing, welded design with 6" ASME CL.300 RF riser flange
  • sealing bellow between outer and inner box to allow large vertical and horizontal movement
  • 18" light weight pit lit made of aluminium alloy, designed to withstand aircraft try load
  • cover seal, long life Nitride Bun "N"
  • pit box epoxy coated in ace. with MIL-C-4556E internally, black tar epoxy coated externally
